This register lists all sub-processors engaged by ROCKET GROW SP. Z O.O. (RG Media) in the performance of services for its clients. It forms Annex No. 1 to the data processing agreement (DPA) concluded with each client and is referenced directly from that agreement.
Clients grant general authorisation for the engagement of sub-processors under Art. 28(2) GDPR. Every change to this register is published as a new, numbered version with an effective date. Clients are notified in advance and may object: no later than 14 days before the effective date where a new category of sub-processor or a new type of processing is introduced, and no later than 7 days before the effective date where one provider is replaced by another within an existing category.
